M Class Combi Units from DracoDrum
We have now released 3 different sized combination filters. These all have the drum and the biological chamber built into the same unit.
The controller has start / emergency stop buttons and a knob allowing you to change the length of wash. LED indicator shows the length of time between washes in minutes. Status of the unit is via 4 colour coded LEDs.
Low voltage, sealed water valves and drive units utilising an extremely low geared brushless motor drive system mean that only 12 volts is anywhere near your pond water.
Designed to run without a noisy and power hungry wash pump in most circumstances (they are available if required). On standby the unit can use less than 2 watts and in full wash mode, use 45 watts. It is entirely possible to run it off a car battery for prolonged periods of time.
Minima Combi Unit

Medius Combi unit

- Capacity – 3,000 Imp gallons per hour / 16,000 litres per hour (in gravity mode, pump fed less 25%)
- Pond Volume – Approx 4,500 UK gallons
- Twin 4" inlets and 2 x 2" outlet (2 x 4" outlet on pump fed)
- Bio capacity - up to 150 litres of media

Magna Combi unit

40,000 LPH (Pump fed) @58µm - Theoretical Pond Capacity – 8000 – 10000 Gallons (36,000 to 45,000 litres)

- Outlets - 2 x 110mm plus 2” bio bypass connection
- Bio capacity - Maximum 250 litres of media (Hel-x 13 recommended)
